I think most of the teams tested here in late March/early April. So they do have some "fresh-ish" data to help them along this weekend. |

yeah they had a couple tests between a open series test & smaller tire tests weather is looking bad, so they will be lucky if cars are on track at all imo |

I suppose it’s good there’s no race scheduled next weekend. That way they can stick around in Texas for an extra day or two if needed without putting the teams in a travel crunch. |

Yeah, race will be over by 11pm local if it starts on time. Hopefully there won't be any delays. Practice starts in two hours from now. |

Are you sure? Can't find that on indycar.com or the texas motor speedway homepage. Both still state the original time. |
