Had that feeling during last season. The new car doesn't his braking style, similar to Rubens. He should go sportscar racing. |

Yeaa, he is 40 now. It's also strange to think he only has the one win since the new car came in. He's given it time but he just hasn't got the full handle of the car, he just doesn't seem happy at all. |

Don't forget how long he has driven in the old Dallara. Since 2003 he has driven with it and he came to steam with it during 2007 and afterwards. He could mask his age with his experience with that car (and ofcourse Ganassi's dominance with the old Dallara helped), but the new car has completely shaken the new field and clearly it hasn't worked out for him. |

IIRC the sidepods are part of the "free area" in the aero kit specifications, and we all know the first thing any aerodynamics engineer worth their salts is gonna do is rip those humps off and give the rest of the sidepods a nip and tuck, which will immediately remove the super-draft we've grown to love (or hate). I'm also reliably informed the cars look a lot better in person than they do on tv  so NO!

And they keep getting worse by adding extra downforce flick ups on the side underwings, on the front wings etc. We finally seem to be turning the corner on taking this damn sport forwards, lets not give up now and slink back into the same old "expectation------>announcement------>Rumouring------>cancellation of what was announced routine. |

All I'm saying is that with new Aerokits it's just about a guarantee that we won't be seeing the race we saw yesterday again. I'm not saying I'm against them, as I want them to be faster, look better and bring some sort of innovation back. All I'm saying is the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence. |

It's not perfect with those humps, but with the batman -style rear wing and right livery, it does look quite racy. Yesterday I read at the work a magazine called "Machine Engineering" or something like that and there was an article about IndyCars with few aeroflow pictures. I'm no expert, but judging by the pictures, the rear fender guards have greater effect on drafting than the humps. |

Aerokits only for road and street courses please, leave the speedway configuration as it is. Makes the Indy 500 more fair when everyone has the same aero. |
