Hey, look on the bright side: they’ll be going 50mph faster when it happens.

Good race! But boy that crash was scary, kinda feel Formula E has outgrown these tight narrow tracks

Seems that there has been a lot of resource/parts sharing from all the teams to get all the cars ready for todays racing, also some teams doing all nighters

Sam Bird leads his group in qualy which must be a confidence boost after that big shunt

Sounds like Cassidy might be joining Evans at Jag next season

Ehhh, he has taken out his team-mate twice and now just caused the biggest crash in Formula-E History.....

His card is already marked and he knows it, sadly.

No-one really noticed the air Buemi got and how much he was close to flipping over the barrier eh, until that second onboard showing a car going under him, Indy 1996 finish style....

Lucky boys, yesterday

I'd say placing blame on Bird for losing control after hitting a drain in a fast sweeper is just a wee bit harsh. That is a crazy unsafe bit of track.

And probably hit it plenty of times before, same with every other driver, it was just unfortunate that this one time it unsettled the car at the worst moment.

Huh I didn't hear that bit, I was having a bit of a watch party yesterday and not massively able to hear the post race, but during the race they seemed to imply he lost it on the leaves...

Was that the same for Lotterer too?

Oh well, I take the crash bit back, but I still think he's on borrowed time due to all the team mate hitting...

That view from inside the helmet, you could hardly see Bird's car.
