Both this weekend's event in Rome and the weekend in Valencia have been doubled up, presumably to try and guarantee as many races as possible before things go sideways in terms of travel.

Formula E is eyeing to race at the former WTCC track in Puebla to fill a potential June hole in its troubled 2021 calendar.

Fucking hell, an actual honest to god race track

The amount of moaning about FE not using them we get on here, I expect nothing but rejoicing in this thread if it comes off

Big crash in FP1 at the end

Looks like someone stopped for a practice start on the start/finish straight, and someone else didn't realise..... big impact

Motosport.com are reporting that the championship will use the full Monaco layout next month, albeit with a more open Ste Devote and a modified chicane. I haven't found any photos.

I live in Vancouver. Not sure what to think about it but I doubt I will be in attendance as I'm not interested in Formula E.

Now if it was GT cars, F3, Indy Car, etc then I would definitely be interested. Vancouver's streets are very good for racing. :excited:

Pitty, you'll miss some fantastic racing from one of the strongest grid of drivers of any series in the world

Is that Vancouver track near where the IndyCar track was?

It's basically the CART 1998-onwards layout minus Turns 4, 9 & 10?

I presume BC Place remains in the same place it was 20+ years ago?

The rest of the calendar has now been firmed up, with 8 races being held across 4 venues (Puebla, New York, London and Berlin). All other scheduled venues have had their races dropped.

Joel Eriksson will replace Nico Muller for the Puebla rounds.

Mercedes set to pull the plug on Formula E after like 2-3 seasons? Crazy how there was such a influx of manufacturers into the series, but now a bunch are leaving

A lot of money for very little exposure, especially with the rules opening up and things likely getting more expensive
