That would have been pole for Piquet had he not had traffic, teams fault for putting him out so close to Sarrazin.

It's the jumper battery rather then the car itself? That's strange.

I'm with Dario on this, the car was safely parked off track.

Almost the whole field within 1 second, will be a great race once again.

Going to be a great race for sure. The gaps are so close !

Really love the concept of Formula E so far. Awesome onboard cameras & coverage, the cars provide great racing, they are posting live videos on twitter, interacting with the fans on social media (fan boost etc...), 4 onboard channels & main feed avalaible on their website for free. Can't be any better. I have to say, well done FIA.

This is way better than what F1 is doing right now. F1 is for rich people (even to watch the tv coverage or going to see a race). People are lazy these days so making money for everything won't work and there won't have any new fans.

Let hope they will be able to transfer some of those elements into F1. As it has Ben proved it can work so far. Still waiting for the London race tickets to be available!

Yeah, the FIA has it. Max and Bernie are the problem.

:p

Like i'll never pay to watch Motorsport anymore (like I used to do in the past). Everything is avalaible on the internet nowday.

If a serie wants to have & get new fans, they must have at least live coverage on the internet. New fan won't buy an iPhone or android application or follow them on twitter if they don't see what to expect (we still have to pay to watch F1 on television !!!!!)... See what Formula E is doing, it's growing up in the Motorsport fan base (mostly because F1 is doing it badly wrong).

It's not a coincidence, that lesser series (or generally any sports championships) usually have free streaming and do more stuff on social media. It is a difference of the series needing to go where the fans are versus fans going where F1 is. Just wait until FE gets a deal with Eurosport or something, that's the end of free streaming. :whistling:

With that said F1's approach to interwebs is seriously dated, realistically free streaming wouldn't make sense, but there's no official presence anywhere on the youtubes & social media.

The sponsor will get more attention with the series being free still. So IDK

Sounds like Buemi may have been put to the back for using too much power.

Buemi loses his fastest time, takes the time from before the red. Abt now on pole.
