Would it be cost-effective if they stuck a SAFER barrier on there?

Considering Rockingham isn't exactly rolling in the money and they only have about 2 oval meetings a year (and that in dry conditions that section of track is just a straight) probably not.

Now that ASCAR doesn't run you can count the amount of cars that have been in that wall on one hand I think...
