I think they're more wallet dependant.

IE most of the drivers are businessmen financing their own racing and don't want to risk damaging their cars...

Y'know, unless they've just spun then what the hell, might as well cause as much damage as possible...

When F1Zone gets some rich sponsor from the Middle East giving us surplus money every year, we will set up a TBK BTCC team.

But until then... :(

Didn't see her spin, although she finished behind someone who was off the road twice...

She spun in race one and was about that far back.

Interesting chat I'm having on Twitter with someone who used to work for Chevy...

According to him Plato was courting MG for over a year and the only reason we don't have a Chevy team in the BTCC this year is Plato just out and out dumped them for MG without telling them him and his sponsorship would be departing until the last minute.

If he'd told them earlier they'd have had more time to find a sponsor to replace his, as it was, they couldn't and had to withdraw...

Y'know, just in case you needed another reason to hate him.

If that is true, then that's pretty disgraceful.

Jeff Smith gets 2 points on his license. So, errm, where were Plato's?

They sometimes wait until Monday, although that's usually for race 3 stuff only.

Or maybe they both told the Clerk that they didn't have a problem with what happened and that's that.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Maybe they ran out of paper on which to print Plato's indiscretions.

Would love to see Lea Wood get a good result. Always does well considering the tiny budget that team runs on. Newsham must have a good chance though. Or TOC with that RWD start.
