Yes Jason, the cars were always equal. Your turbo diesel had absolutely no advantage.

Didn't a normally-aspirated BMW just come within 0.3 seconds of winning that race?

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

That was my reaction. Now he has little chance of winning it's nice to give pantomime ooohs rather than malicious ooohs. :)

Who will be hosting instead?

Can I take his job and tell things how they are? :)

So Tim, do you think Boardman should be penalised? Considering Plato did exactly the same thing at Snetterton, even more deliberately, dangerously infront of the entire field, and wasn't disqualified?

I wouldn't last long.

Steve said Louise Goodman will be hosting. Which means we'll have Simon Hill looking terrified as he tries to do a gridwalk live.

I've just finished watching the three BTCC races and was thoroughly entertained. Gutted for Jackson but hopefully he'll bounce back at Rockingham. Frank Wrathall was definitely driver of the day, three very mature and clean performances. As for the Plato incident in race three well, it was a racing incident, nothing intentional and just unfortunate. I felt a little sorry for Plato as he was driving just as he needed to but I suppose, especially after Snett, it is just a case of what comes around goes around. Well done Tom Boardman for winning his first BTCC race outright 10 years after first joining the grid. The race three lead chase reminded me of the battles he and Collard had numerous times in 2001, Boardman in his pink 306 and Collard in his Clio.

I still want Jackson to win the title but I'm wavering around which Honda driver I'd prefer to see win the title now. This time last year it was definitely Shedden, but I've been unimpressed with some of his driving this year, it's not been as clean as in previous years.

Plato's probably the biggest hypocrite I've ever seen in racing - has been turfing people off the road in exactly the same way as Boardman for 15 years but still acts like a 4 year old when someone does it to him. I tune out his interviews entirely now as it's utterly predictable. "It's not fair because *insert random weekly reason* etc"

He's now calling Boardman a "talentless pikey" over Twitter. Classy guy.

That comment could possible get him into a lot of trouble actually.

Anyway, yesterday was awesome. The new kerbs and Mini's were great and the three BTCC races were awesome. I even managed to get a sun tan.

I'm running out of negative words to describe Plato's attitude. :(

Apparently he got boo'd and abused by the crowd as he walked back to the pits. 8)
