Supercheap Auto is backing a Triple 8 wildcard again for Bathurst, this time it's for Lowndes with their Super2 driver Declan Fraser.

That puts it up to 28 entries for Bathurst, with Erebus running Stanaway and Murphy and last year's Super3 runner up Michael Anderson running Fabian Coulthard's old Penske Mustang for himself and a co-driver tba.

Bikes on a car meeting seems like a waste of a good support formiula :yuk:

Also not very often they want to set the track up to be ok for both bikes and cars
Can only really think of the mallory park boxing day meeting that has both types of racing

Courtney is certainly done for the day

Holy shit Courtney went off on the straight into the hairpin, smashed into the tyre barrier in the middle of the runoff and ended up on the other side of the track and collected three other cars. I don't think that's happened in 25 years of racing here.

SC with 12 to go in the final. Mostert is in the lead from De Pasquale, Davison and SVG but Chaz has very old tyres.

SVG just took himself out of contention on the restart trying to get past Davison, who's dropped behind Feeney and Waters. This'll be the first round this year SVG hasn't won a race.
