Not a great day's racing to finish the season. Other than the 3rd BTCC race all the other races were pretty disappointing. Brands Indy is my least favourite track, it's rarely good without some adverse weather.

Was impressed by Tordoff's pace for a newcomer, hopefully he'll get a drive next year.

Well thats another season over :( , for once the racing was pritty clean with very little contact but lots of nose to tail running. Im happy for Plato to get is second title after being the "almost man" for the last few years. Its going to be a long 6 months or so till they are back :(

Quite an odd weekend, three championships were won by the driver I wanted to win. That sort of thing doesn't usually happen  .

The racing wasn't very good, though.

I actually think Plato underperformed, in the best car with not great opposition, if you swapped their positions then Gio or someone would've had the title wrapped up by Donington.

But then of course I'm going to say that, not being his biggest fan

And yeah, the finale was disappointing but then I've never really rated Brands Indy, far too easy to defend and it doesn't punish the defending driver enough so the attacker can make a move around the outside...not in the dry anyway.

Good news about all the TV stuff though, hopefully 2011 will bring a stronger field, championship wise for them to cover :)

If Matt Neal can accept and be happy with Plato winning the title then I think you can too codename :p

I was sat at the final part of the circuit on Sunday. We usually sit near Graham Hill bend, which gives us a view of Paddock Hill and Druids as well. However, we could see from Surtees all the way down the pit straight, so I will certainly be sitting there again next year. Lots of action as well, plenty of overtaking, crashing and the sun didn't get in our eyes!
