Isn't that a personal bankruptcy order for Warren though? That may actually be a blessing for BMR in a roundabout way.

I saw some talk about that on Twitter yesterday, the BMR Twitter account was saying that filing was a mistake and was asking people who were sharing that gazette page to delete as it contained personal information.

So I guess BMR is run by the Tories then since one does not "mistakenly" file a bankruptcy order, talk about rewriting history, and the fact is, when someone petitions for your bankruptcy, you are no longer afforded the right to privacy over your personal information, they become a matter of public record and every part of your life is open to scrutiny.

Besides, the petition was filed back in July, Warren obviously didn't respond or petition to have the bankrupt set aside so it was I enacted on the 15th November, once that happens, there is no going back, someone might want to inform BMR that Warren's Trustee will be calling soon, and not to ignore that call while assuming it's another "mistake" because wilfully or ignorantly failing to cooperate with the official receiver usually tends to end up with you serving jail time.

Of course, if it's not the Warren Scott of BMR, then they've nothing to worry about and could easily deal with the Twitter storm by saying it's another Warren Scott, but instead, they make the situation worse by trotting out the "mistake" line. You cannot delete facts, especially with bankruptcy. I wonder how much the petition was for, since iirc the bankruptcy threshold increased a lot recently because debt collectors were bankrupting people over a £50 phone bill.

The replacement is very close to being sorted apparently. Possibilities include the GT5 Challenge or what's looking more likely, the JCW Mini's.

If they stop racing Clios and bring in some boring GT championship I'll spew.
Please replace them with something equally as exciting, like Caterhams, Legends or Mini 7s (meh to BMW hardly Mini at all Minis, unless you want Ant Warteon-Eales suspiciously fast, Mick Schumacher esque Mini dominating everyone even in the reversed grid races)

But it'll probably be another Ginetta series because Money talks.

TBH the best replacement would be no replacement at all and just leave it as a guest slot that changes at each meeting.
That'd add some variety to a bill that's getting a bit stale I guess, but as I say, they don't see it like that.

Oh well, hopefully they'll do something special to send off the Clios in style.
Can we have a celebrity race again, like they did when the SEAT Cupra series ended?

It is a good line up. Looks like they'll be keeping the half and half livery as well. GardX fits into the colour scheme nicely.

Wacky races are gone? Boo!

But some people defended BTCC as major fun even though the champion won 1 race out of 30. Guess that's enough fun for Clios to be removed.
