A little downhearted in that when PON was hinting there'd be an announcement coming this week I'd assumed it was for the rest of the year, but some PON is better than no PON!

Lets hope for a great result at Croft that sets him up nicely, sponsor-wise for 2012 and also 2013!
(His own brand of sandwich perhaps, or even the Paul O Meal-Deal?)

Good that he's got a drive, shame to lose PON as an analyst from the coverage - he had more interesting opinions than Harvey

We get less repeats of a single ad during BTCC coverage then they do during an hour of a NASCAR race...

Surprised they didn't go with "Go Fuckyourself" which surely must be the on that's on everyone's lips as they see the ad.

ITV4 has got better in this regard but around 2008/2009 time it was just the sodding merekat every advert break.

Look through the old BTCC threads from back then, we weren't happy!

Autosport reporting that FRenault has 2 months to get back onto the TOCA package.

It also reports that British FFord may replace it should it not happen.

The article also says that Renault are looking to build the series around another new car; the one being proposed for the continental series'.

Which means the series will die on it's arse. No-one can afford another new car. Not even the established teams like Fortec or Atech.

Probably, and with teams like Manor and Atech committed to the European championships, who are they going to get to run the cars.

Formula Ford should always be part of the TOCA package. It seems a crime that it is not.
