It's just not a good track to visit. Either too hot or too wet.

Gosford could be good if it was possible to use the road along the waterfront. Quite a small town though.

The fact "talks" have been so publicised to me screams desperation in forcing mercs hand. We'll see if it works. I'd take the pra/djrp package over a walkinshaw one though, the walkinshaw chassis is too difficult to understand, even now.

So long as they kept turn 8 as it is though, that's a pretty fearsome corner. Not quite the *other* turn 8 but it's pretty cool.


The track definitely won't be getting shortened. A new light rail system was announced for Olympic Park this week that goes exactly where they wanted the "shortcut" to go.

The track will either stay the same, or the event will disappear completely.
