Well the rule states "departing from the standard of..." which means Neate would need to be considered competant before he has any chance of "departing from the standard".

So I Stanway'd through my own name being read out on TV it seems. :(

Think I just outright crashed after the Clio race which must've been like 2 mins before it happened too, remind me next time to get some sleep in the no-mans land of 1am-5am Le Mans when fuck all happens as far as the TV Cameras are concerned :p
