Same here, F1 was tame by comparison.

Jordan and 888 are appealing the result of race three so Neal's win is provisional for the next three weeks. The complaint is about the bump on Jordan while they were fighting for third. Can't see anything changing.

Anyone likely to capture and upload the day's races including supports? Sounds like one for the ages.

Did anyone else notice the tiny whirlwind in the gravel during the Ginetta Junior race (I think it was)?

What a fantastic day of racing. I intended to skip through some of the races, but they were all too good!

I'm still smiling at the quality of yesterday's racing. Absolutely incredible!

Yes, even the cameraman seem to hesitate as he panned past it, as much to say, was that what I thought it was?

Mike Bushell get's a real wrap on the knuckles as he punted Newsham in the gravel.

Looks like a lot of BTCC drivers kept the stewards busy, judging by the penalties handed out.

Here's the full run down:

Race 2

Aiden Moffat - 2 points and a reprimand
Andy Priaulx - 3 points £500 fine

They were the same incident

Team Parker Racing’s Alex Martin; Team BMR’s Warren Scott and Ciceley Racing’s Adam Morgan all given official warnings

Race 3

Gordon Shedden - £500, 3 penalty points and an official reprimand for setting his fastest lap under yellow flags. Moffat gets the fastest lap point for race 3 as Shedden loses his fastest lap

Shedden and Matt Neal both receive verbal warnings for race 3 collisions with Jason Plato and Andy Jordan
Jeff Smith was responsible for Rob Austins' exit from race 3. He gets 3 points
Mike Bushell gets 3 points and a 5 place penalty for punting Dave Newsham off

Jack Goff got 2 points and a reprimand for the Hunter Abbot incident in practice

And now my good feeling has been tempered by the news that there's no meeting for 2 weeks so despite 2 off weekends coming up somehow they're waiting until they can clash with f1 again :yuk:

Mr gow, try so much harder :(

Does seem a bit silly doesn't it? So much racing Sunday (the TV was on Motorsport for nearly 24 hours), yet I bet there's fuck all on this weekend.

Neal kept his win. Technically since Neal was passed, he didn't actually gain an advantage.
