What's wrong with BBC3? Loads of people have it, they show nothing during the day, and the BBC have the money. And they'd do a far better job of covering it.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Yeaa better than being on something like ESPN.

Sky Sports will always be ditching it for Kazakh rugby or something.

BBC3 in the daytime is one of the Children's BBC channels, that's why it shows nothing in the day. BBC haven't got the spare capacity to show BTCC, I think the only realistic alternative is Dave, any other channel would mean coming off Freeview with a massive drop in viewers. Don't think Dave would want BTCC tho, suspect endless repeats of TG get better viewing figures.

The digital bandwidth that BBC 3 is transmitted on from 7pm-7am is also used by one of the children's channels for the other 12 hours.

Which is probably why you sometimes see a bit of the children's programming when you flick onto BBC 3 during the day before it is replaced by the 'welcome to BBc 3' screen.

So I manage to get back now when the stream is dying and the IPL has yet to start.

Cheers ITV.
