Chilton plans, while taking delusion beyond the David coulthard level to new realms of denial, do point to yet again the btcc schedule clashing with f1 races as much as they possibly can because the Fia likes to keep wtcc and f1 apart :slaphead:

Who cares if anything clashes with F1? Virtually every series on Earth produces better racing and is more interesting to follow, including WTCC.

Nah f1 has its moments. It's just the top dog so everyone gets their jollies from knocking it.

Wtcc is almost dtm levels of unwatchable. Citreons bullying the lower order drivers out of the way.
At least Martin haven's ire at some of the wonky driving is amusing.

I like btcc and f1, I'd just like to be able to watch each on seperate weekends, not have 1 weekend where every single series seems to be on from 7am until midnight and the next when there's just wtcc until nascar comes on in the evening.
Fix this immediately the fia because I'm furious about it and not because I'm drunk at my in laws for Christmas and tia Maria is some kind of drink.....apparently.

WIX has extended it's sponsorship deal with Cicerly for 2017

There are also new tyres for the BTCC this year. They are bigger by 20mm and look set to improve traction and braking. Also looks like Dunlop may have sorted out the issues at Thruxton

Scaletrix are releasing loads of BTCC models in the 2017 range. Team Dynamics, WSR, BKR, Eurotech and some classic cars like Will Hoy's 1991 championship winning car and some of the Labatt Sierra's.

That's awesome. I have an old Prodrive M3 somewhere, never got a Sierra Cosworth although I always wanted one of the Eggenberger Texaco cars.
