125 few laps gone:

Smith has huge lead after Simon crashed from 2nd. Iannone crashed on first lap.

Battle for 2nd with Cortese, Marquez and Redding.

Smith takes dominant win (his first).

Gadea wins battle for 2nd ahead of Marquez.

Folger (started last) was in fight for podium positions until he crashed out in last corner of penultimate lap. Espargaro was also affected by this and he dropped to 7th.

Folger did an awesome race.

It was like watching a video game replay, when the player's rider is the only one to be able to pass corners so fast.
Too bad for his crash, but we can be sure it won't be his only great race.

Last 3 bikes on the grid are Ducati....Stoner really is the only one who can tame that thing and he is falling behind now. Rossi is going to take it though, they found something overnight and he's flying now.

At this rate Ducati should get pretty much every half-decent rider from 250, BSB, AMA and WSBK and have one week during winter when they get something like 40 riders to test the Ducati GP9 and keep going until they find someone who can hustle it like Stoner. Or rehire Capirossi, clearly he has whatever magic touch Stoner has with the Ducati.

Main even is pretty dull, shame after how good 125s and 250 were.

He will need to have a hard look at himself if there was nothing wrong with the bike today, he should have been fighting for the win, not 3rd before a fall....

Also awesome job by Melandri and that team, perhaps Kawa dumped it just as things were looking better.

Brilliant race. Much better than Jerez last year.

Melandri really landed on his feet this year. 5th as opposed to 15th.
