There were lots of people and a stretcher visible in the background

edit: Neukirchner transported to the Medical Center?

edit: Nope, not yet. He is concious, possible broken leg

You can clearly see in the replays that the first rider who crashed hits the rider who smacked Neukirchner.So it wasnt his fault at all.
