Bezzecchi wins. Martin finished 2nd and fainted post-race before the interview 8O

What a strange race. Great battle on the last lap between Martin and Quart. Martin certainly had everything thrown at him that race. Cooldown room reactions to the replays were hilarious.

Jaume Masia won the Moto3 race at Motegi and takes the lead in the championship. Still a three way battle with Sasaki and Holgado.

Somkiat Chantra won the Moto2 race ahead of Ogura and Acosta.

Mass bike swap at the end of lap 1.

Pirro, Bradl and Morbidelli stayed out on slicks but they run 3 secs slower for now.

Red flag on lap 13 of 24. Could be half-points?

Márc Márquez leaves Honda, probably to join Gresini.

No real surprise. The Ducati MotoGP domination is getting bigger and bigger. If you can't beat them, you join them. Marquez was critical of the Honda bike even when he was still winning championships.

I wonder if this opens the door for Acosta to join the vacated Honda spot? The KTM bikes seem all taken unless Miller or Augusto Fernandez would be fired to make way...

Miller is definitely under pressure

Although Gresini won a race this year, this move still feels like Marc is past his peak and is setteling for less. And IMO he´s too young and too good to do that.

Marquez hasn't had the same fire he had before the Jerez crash. Hopefully the move brings some of it back.

he's still got the skills but his machinery isn't up for his talent

still didn't expected to leave, since he could bring the Honda team back up again

Apparently it's a 1 year deal, so Marc may be holding out for better seats to open up, or angling for a promotion to the factory squad after a year of his brother helping him look good (not saying he needs the help).

And KTM made the decision to demote Pol Espargaro after all. Probably only wild card races for him next season. Acosta will ride for Tech3.

Martin took the lead in the championship on Saturday, and threw it away again on Sunday.

However, 3 months ago everyone thought the battle for the championship was over, but is far from.
