Did he think the race was over one lap too soon?

Yeah, shades of Alex Rins in Brno 2014.

Unless it turns out he had a mechanical problem that solved itself, it really seems like Espargaro threw away 2nd place by celebrating a lap too soon!

the way he was after the race looked like he thought that. He should realize that a flag must be waving to end

Yeah he wasn't even paying attention to flags, he just started looking at his fuel tank

When he raised his arm, I thought he was warning the other drivers that he had a problem.

Luckily for him he didn´t stop in search for a Spanish flag.

Yeah, he would get a white flag instead

Holy shit, I hadn't seen an actual clip. A miracle his neck wasn't snapped by the force of that wheel.

Nakagami already didn't exactly get the media because of his good results, crashing out like this won't help him finding a seat for next year.
Same about Bradl, he used to be OK but that's a long time ago, now he still gets chances and he ruins them every time.

I don't follow MotoGP close enough, I watch every race but don't read anything before or after. What is wrong with Morbidelli, being on the same bike as Quartararo? Is it the same as with Honda, built for one rider and the teammates can adapt or leave? Why does Pol Espargaro start the race at the front and finishes outside of the top 10 every time? Why is Miller struggeling so hard when the other Ducatis are winning or fighting for podium? Why is Dovisioso even bothering to take the start?

Morbidelli picked up a knee injury last year and had a surgery which meant he basically struggled in the second half of the year but it's a complete puzzle why he is so far off the pace in 2022. He actually has a valid contract until the end of 2023 but it's not impossible Yamaha will break it up if he keeps underperforming like that.

Much worse than Viñales did on that Yamaha. I think Yamaha just made their bike worse and Fabio is the only one who can ride it (not that it's easy for him). He's insane.

As for Dovi...who knows why he is racing. I can't imagine he is enjoying running in 16th every race.

The fact Honda still replaces an injured Marquez with Bradl automatically just shows Honda's ineptness. There isn't anyone better?

Pol just sucks ass. That's all there is to him. Still never won a race and he has had chances. Another example of Honda's ineptness. Very bad choice to hire thim.

Miller has done pretty well this season. He's just inconsistent and probably affected recently by getting booted from Ducati. Bagnaia hasn't been that much better tbh.

if Marquez doesn't fully recover then Honda might have to change everything, perhaps hiring one of those talented italians that are good but still lacking maturity

Bezzechi and Marini seem decent.

interesting fact is that Honda already lost 3 years to the competition, and they're like the Mercedes on 2 wheels

Miller had a long lap penalty for crashing under yellow

A couple of big crashes in Moto3 but Izan Guevara is running away with the race leading by over 4 seconds.

MotoGP is each race looking more and more like Fabio Q will be champion with 4 races to go.

Also, Sachsenring does not provide good racing for MotoGP.
