Autosport says Zarco has agreed a verbal deal to join KTM next season replacing Bradley Smith.

Joan Mir's impressive run at Austin makes me wonder how quickly he joins MotoGP too? I mean Vinales only spend one season in Moto2 as well.

The Moto3 race was actually pretty good at COTA. Really nice dicing for 2nd, 3rd ,4th etc in the last few laps.

That would be a proper takeoff

It's official. Zarco will join A. Espargaro at KTM next season.

Isn't that a step down?

What motors were Tech3 going to use next year?

Yeah, unless KTM makes a giant leap which obviously is possible if unlikely. But Zarco wanted to ride for a factory team.

Tech3 will use KTM bikes next season.

It's happening thick & fast now. Miguel Oliveira will join Tech3 in Moto GP next season.

With Folger's future still uncertain, this is Smith's best chance to hook up anywhere.

I partially agree however the incident happened thanks to Lorenzo chopping back to the inside with zero situational awareness.

Yeah, Lorenzo never looked to his right and just kept moving down like Pedrosa was miles behind the two Ducatis.

If Marquez had pulled a move like Lorenzo here, he'd be grilled by everyone for dangerous riding and called to be banned.

Just needed to quote this Trump-level masterful bit of deluded ego from Lorenzo:

"During all the weekend I didn't have the pace, the thing is that I make things that other riders with my pace cannot make in the first laps.

"That is my merit because with no pace I can lead race and another rider can't do that, it's my lucky thing, my talent, let's say, in the last years.

"But I need more pace, I need to be quicker. If instead of 39.2-39.3 I was in 38.9-38.8 they couldn't catch me."

Yep, holding up your teammate who's been miles faster than you and has managed to lead the championship on the same machinery, that's real talent.
