Should be interesting to see how these new aero rules will work on these 1.5 milers... hopefully we see a good race this weekend, because we've got about 12-13 more "cookie cutters" to go to. I know Vegas\Kansas\Kentucky\Chicagoland all have "different characteristics" and some are bumpier than others, and that we can't really compare Fontana\Michigan\Charlotte\Texas\Atlanta for the same reasons, but those seem to be the tracks that have had the potential to hold somewhat boring races for the last few years. Kentucky and Atlanta are awesome, though. Even Fontana's proven to be pretty great in the last couple years. Bumpy tracks are fun. |

Atlanta should be great with the new package, I hope. |

What new package? The bigger rear spoiler? Anyway, the deciding factor I think is aero-dependance. Fontana is more dependent on tyre wear and Kentucky was great because of pit strategy mixing it up. Vegas was the worst race of last season, but it was the first 1.5 mile track with the new track, I expect them to be, well, better than last year. |

Well… taller spoiler, no ride height rule (not sure that'll change much), the square edge on the front splitter, the pan under the front of the car, and the new rear facia. |

Believe it or not, Cole Whitt is currently the fastest car in today's test session. |

Won't a taller rear spoiler create even more dirty air? |

New rules made this race last year surprisingly good. But the fact they've had to change the package already suggests whatever they do, it won't last. Hope this race is unpredictable as last years tbh |

FOX has no idea what a live broadcast is regarding qualifying |

Listening to these girls cry about cooling their cars and how dangerous it is is hilarious. Don't run fully taped off then. And if you are a rolling roadblock and get rearended its your own fault. |

Logano on pole, Keselowski second. I like this group qualifying idea. |

No, he meant the broadcast wasn't actually live. He made that post when the TV coverage was just ending session 2. At that time, the whole session was already over and the results were up on NASCAR's website. |
