Andy Lally gets dumped going into turn 3 by the 32...

Am I the only one who thinks AJ Allmendinger's got a better chance at wrecking Denny Hamlin's Chase party tonight than Clint Bowyer? I mean, yeah, Clint's good and all, but AJ's closer to Denny points-wise, and if he can fluke out a win (not that it would necessarily be a fluke), Denny would have to run awfully well for him not to be overtaken by the 43 in points.

As I type that, a CLUSTERFUDGE.

Would be a bit odd to have them say they're going quiet to salute those who died in 9/11 then a few moments later begin yelling about a wreck.

Well, you were close.

Wasn't hard to predict there would be some sort of on-track issue to break up this tribute thing. Didn't expect half the field to be in it though.

Hamlin loses a lap. This makes me happy.

Is it because of the 9/11 thing or did ESPN not show any replays of the wreck?

Hamlin, Bowyer, and Junior all have damage. This will definitely change the race to the chase as of now, none are terminal but seems like itll be tough to stay competitive

Kahne in the wall!

These guys are trying too hard, I think. It's only lap 25!

Contact from the 24 for Kahne?

If so, that's a bummer.

From the one angle they showed it looked like Gordon may have bumped Kahne

But yeah, seems like some guys are being way over-agressive for this early in the race.
