Figured since I'm the home town chap, and work for the race sponsor, I might as well get the thread started this week.

Weatherguard Truck Race on Dirt (entry list):

Food City Dirt Race (entry list):

All of today's on track activity has been washed out.
Tomorrow is questionable with rain in the forecast till early evening.
Sunday should be excellent weather wise, except it may be a little chilly.

Unless they’ve yet to update the site, it looks like they’re just gonna go straight into the qualifying races. I would say that MUST be incorrect, but all bets are off with NASCAR.

They should cancel the races too and just award points to Bill Elliot

Trucks are green, and first caution might be for rain

This is the first time in NASCAR history they have deliberately scheduled a Cup race on Easter Sunday

That was a pretty hard hit for Carpenter. Taking his time getting out.

lol, that aftermath was a perfect scenario for us to perceive a terrible wreck that was ultimately a mundane and forgettable one.

Basically most of the damage was clipping another truck.

And this is where it gets really silly isn't it?

They did the same thing last season.

Joey Logano was untouchable on the restarts last night. Impressive run by Kaden Honeycutt last night in the #04, finishing 9th. Nice to see a small team have a good run after having some miserable luck so far this year.

Also, 71 year old Norm Benning set a record last night, becoming the oldest driver to finish on the lead lap of a race in NASCAR's top 3 series.
