I think it's a combo of the teams and NASCAR's fault. This is the first weekend of the new rules package.. they should probably have worked with teams a bit more this week. |

When 15 or 47 cars make it through tech..its not just the teams fault. I cant remember hearing that many cars fail tech. I dont think theres too much different with this aero package other than spoiler is there? |

I know there is a new rule that doesn't allow the teams to flare out the side skirts. Not sure about the spoiler. |

83 and 46 got screwed as they likely would have gotten in on time...Im not sure about the 66 or 29, but I know they would have gone quicker than some of the cars that got a time. |
