we're all emotional about these decisions because we've all had a driver on the losing end of one of these deals at one time or another, but the choice to throw the yellow at the finish is always gonna be a gut decision made in a split second in the heat of the moment, and not everyone is gonna like it. additionally, in light of larson's visit with the fans at daytona i wouldnt be surprised if nascar is trying to set a stonger precedent with throwing the caution during last lap crashes |

In other words, it could just make things worse. |

Difficult to say if it was the right decision. I'm not sure the yellow flag actually stopped people at the back from driving flat out through the wreck. But then you look at the Daytona wreck and certain hits may have been prevented. Rules are rules, and inconsistant as they are, Regan Smith won the race. That move + being screwed out of that win years ago = pretty deserving. Hopefully today's race will be just as entertaining. Don't want to get my hopes up, but I feel Dega will put on a better show than Daytona. Bigger, faster, wider... Surely different lines will work. Please? |

So is this race going to be decent and it's only Daytona we have to fear being shitty? Or is it just cos the tyres are fresh and it'll settle down soon? |

Please tell me that cloud is NOT going over the track, because this racing is shitting all over the Daytona 500 at the moment. |

I'm loving this setup. Reminds me of the aero package they ran during 2000-03. |
