+1 Imagine if in the history of NASCAR, no emotions carried over race to race. Once the checkered flag flew, it was just another automobile race in the books. That would suck imo. What might have me tuning in more that I would next week is due to this Harvick/Busch deal, just to see what might happen. |

Drivers can be rivals without things getting stupid. Rivals should outrace each other. They shouldn't wreck each other, possibly taking themselves or other drivers out in the process. |

Some of the most intense racing involved taking the other car out. See the bump and run, Bristol with Earnhardt and Labonte, etc... |

So the record for cautions in a Nationwide race might be broken at Iowa.... I still remember when the Cope twins ran in an ARCA race at Kentucky one year, I think both of them spun out at least twice, if not more. |
