So, Harv does the same thing as Jeb did earlier, except he isn't a series regular. I see how that goes.

I really don't see it that way. The contact with Hornaday aside, he's still had to drive his ass off to get back to the lead several times and now he has a hard charging Sauter on him. He still has to earn this.
