Just abandon the race already.

Good job, NASCAR, you turned this into a logistical nightmare.

Now you have to run your race tomorrow (provided that if it can even run at all), pack your bags, head back to Charlotte to change stuff, then head over to Martinsville.

All in a span of 3 days.

I'm sure you can pull this off, right?

Officials said that if the conclusion of the Texas event is completed Wednesday that “NASCAR plans to leave the advertised Martinsville schedule in place. Any additional postponements will require an adjustment to the Martinsville schedule, and we will notify you of those changes as they happen.”

From what I'm following on this site, it gets progressively better each day. They will probably find a window today, if not, they will run the whole distance tomorrow. The stationary wheater system will move away as a low pressure center nears the gulf coast.

It sounds like the weather forecast is a 30% chance of rain this afternoon and dropping as we get closer to the evening.

Who would've thought that 60 laps in the cars that they show most doing repairs on pit road are the #4 and the #11?
