those are crappy (blue one wouldn't be so bad if it had 50 less jagged lines) but it's cool that they try a new scheme every race

From what I understand, this Junie Donleavy tribute car is running Dover. This might be a Circle Sport Racing entry with David Stremme driving.

Circle Sport is fielding the car at Richmond. It's the #33 team, running the #90 for that race. Landon Cassill appears to be the driver. I guess David Stremme might be driving the #40.

Nascar has fined Circle Sport Racing for a creating a livery with a disturbing lack of lines, flames, swoops, zig-zag stripes, the photo of a product, and for having a livery in good taste
