The owner is John Carter. He used to own the #37 car,Which I think was an offshoot of the #89 team

They entered Daytona and ran in the Gatorade Duel at the start of the year with Carl Long too. Pretty much the only little team left in Cup along with the #34 which means I'll support their efforts. Assuming they don't park it of course.
