It isn't up to him to prove he is nice. Not signing an autograph and claiming you have something else to do isn't enough for me, sorry. He could have had countless things to do, even at the end of a race/night.

Did anyone notice that coming into the tri-oval on the last lap, Carl looked like he was gonna duck to the outside to pass Bayne, then quickly jumped back in line? Seemed like he may have had enough momentum to potentially make a pass. I don't want to imply any retarded conspiracy theories, just a thought.
