So, wasn't this supposed to produce pack racing?

In 12 laps since the restart, (actually I think its less than that) Dillon has more than a half of a lap lead on 19th. I know he's gonna stall too when he hits traffic, but damn.

This is fucking terrible....absolutely fucking terrible. So they draft down the straights and then hit a brick wall of air trying to pass in the corners......This is lowdown, shitassed racing, Tim.

I think it was supposed to produce more sling shot passes than anything. NASCAR R&D doesn't seem to realize these aren't light weight open wheel cars going 220+, because that's what it feels like they think they can replicate.

Michigan will only become a pack racing track if they bank it 35 degrees.

Because these cars weigh twice as much and the tires are half as wide.

Any aero package which gives Austin Dillon the ability to run by himself at the front is the wrong aero package.

If that's what they were after, then the easiest thing to do would be to put the plates on.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Wonder how less terrible this would be without the tapered spacer and the spoilers laid back to 45 degrees.

Not in the slightest. At the very least, NASCAR should scrap the high-drag package for nothing other than this.
