I like it but can't find any old Lowe's logos that actually used that font?

Great paintscheme. Too bad it has to be used with the gigantic spoiler. It'd look better with the low downforce package from Kentucky/Darlington.

It's fairly accurate, judging from a Google newspaper archive search. They used it up until late 1965 when their current typeface was introduced.

That car looks great. Using the same # font as the car they are paying tribute to is a nice touch, as well.

That's a great idea! That would be fun if there was a throwback race every year.
