Winner aside, I'd say that race was a solid 7 or even 8/10 Good racing, some good overtaking, wild crashes and strategy options and didn't even get too yakkity sax at the end I have watched a Sprint Cup race and have ended up happy and completely un-disappointed. It's like been a teenager watching my first ever plate races on Motors TV again

So was there actually any mention of this being Larry Mac's last race in the booth? I didn't hear anything but our coverage cut off pretty abruptly right after victory lane and I didn't see much pre-race. BTW, anybody looking forward to NBC either is too young to remember, or didn't watch their previous attempts. |

Rick Allen is the worst. That crappy NASCAR with NFL players thing at Charlotte.. They were a terrible on air crew. So boring. Too bad NBC didn't bring in Bestwick or Sheheen |

I started watching Nascar as a 15 year old boy back in 2001 when Fox covered the first half of the season and NBC took over the second half (2001-2006). Good times. Then ESPN took over and Fox only covered up until Dover (2007-2014). Well now I'm a 29 year old boy and it looks like things will be back to how I remembered them in my younger years. Welcome back NBC. |

After so many poorly-conceived Mid-Race Reports and "Look, we have our own SportsCenter! It's better than the other SportsCenter! Please watch our SportsCenter!" abrupt cuts from post-race, I'm looking forward to a breath of fresh air. Even if that fresh air ends up reeking of a wet fart. |
