Ya I know, but you have to coordinate your coverage. Fixed vantage point cameras (like long pond straight cam, front strech cam, helicopter cam) should maintain or zoom out to improve a properly framed shot during an accident. That's why they missed it. Normally the helicopter or the camera facing backwards in turn 2 would have caught it. With these cameras, you get more of a wide viewing angle at the expense of some detail. They should be used like this even during the accidents. Amateurish coverage, IMO.

I've always thought that having stationary cameras in the turns facing the oncoming straightaway wasn't a bad idea. That way you'd be able to catch any cars spinning off the previous turn or down the straightaway. Of course,it might not be as feasible at larger tracks.

Why don't we just ditch all these pointless angled walls? Does every track have to have a bad accident with one of them before they get fixed or can we start using common sense to level them all right now? Kentucky had the Fuller crash, then thy fixed the wall. Vegas had the Gordon crash, then they fixed that one too. Guess it's Pocono's turn to have a lack of foresight.

Welcome to real world where with all the danger signs nothing is done until something bad happens.

The worst thing about Pocono is that this isn't the first bad accident that has happen, I guess they're are waiting for someone to died first.

they already announced they would make changes at the first pocono race. they're waiting till after this one to begin the improvements
