Thanks, seemed like a lot more than that.

I ain't even mad when JJ wins. Nascar is shit, we may as well watch history. It's not like the races are great and then JJ shits them up, he and Chad are just playing by Nascar's rules and making them look like a bunch of fucking dolts. It's actually awesome.

So disappointing that with 50 lap old tires and 25 laps to go in the race, the two leaders knew that staying out was the best option.

Reminds me of the late 90s when Gordon would take 2, get the lead and hold off the cars with 4.

I was surprised since cars with 4 New tires were so much faster all race.

Great race at Dover last week, just finished watching. Amazing how the 48 rises to the top among all the other contenders, while they seem to make their cars worse. Then the cautions at the finish were really nice to tense things up. The tyre wont wear? Well, it would be nice to see more of the teams using that strategy. But it was just the perfect scenario for that. Crazy restarts were fun. TBK member must be happy, since the dominant car got his deserved win. Gosh, how you guys hate when the dominant car gets a win robbed by late cautions, like Gordon at Texas or Kurt Busch at Fontana. So I'm happy for you guys. :D

Still would love to see the front splitter gone and a tyre that decayed its performance, but I'm allright with this happening only mostly at Dover, or being a trend. If track position is key, use strategy thinking on that. And no other race series makes the strategy play more important and fun than the Sprint Cup. So I'm still having fun.

Truex didn't win, so the dominant car didn't win. Think you need to go back and watch again...

Oh boy, JJ only led last 23 laps? It looked like much more, like he took the lead before, way before. But there was Brad with his wicked strat and Harvick looking stronger than anyone else. Truex didn't led a single lap after lap 247, so I don't know if he was really that dominant. Just started strong, but the others know how to improve during the race. This was one thing I liked about this one. The car that was looking to be the stronger one was changing hands like never before. Not that the racing got much better, but that was cool.

That's just the JJ effect. When he leads it feels like forever.

Yeah, he was just lurking each time closer to the lead. If was the whole race the "He's coming" feeling. I wonder what were all the adjustments they had to make during the race to get the car better. It also was already 5h30 in the morning, I wanted to sleep so bad, but kept pusing forward as the green strech seemend to make the race end faster. But wasn't paying full attention to the race then....

I did this to keep track of the race and the Pick Ems battle. The first 5 are the first 5 in points, then my picks as I predicted the finish order, and the same for the top 2 in the PickEm points. Then the last 5 are the top 5 drivers that arent in any of the scoring boxes above.

I was doing rather fine until the Edwards incident, and then Kenseth had problems and Logano never got better. Somehow Harvick managed to get back to second on that last restart, was the best feeling in the world seeing my picks finishing 1-2 for a change.

Funny how each of us 3 had Harvick and Johnson, but on completely different positions, that made it sweeter to get their order correctly. I was just mad that I got the wrong Joe Gibbs guys, but in the end that didn't matter, and forgot Truex. That also didn't matter. Surprising good run for Kyle Busch. Hamlin, Truex, Harvick, Johnson and Kyle Busch all had a shot at the win it looked like.
