That ARCA race was better than anything NASCAR has given us this year.

That was really cool to see Todd Gilliland win in his ARCA debut. He had a good car all weekend. He didn't have to put the bumper to anybody to get to the front either.

Todd Gilliland is the first driver born in the 2000's to win an ARCA race. Think about that....

Another obvious talent. like so many others though he will need corporate money to make it otherwise we're stuck with the same old rich kids filling the field.

He's only 15 years old and 2 days. So someone will either have to win on their 15th birthday or the day after to ever break that record.

Unless ARCA lowers the age to 14.

updated the thread with this week's entry lists and what not (assuming if you all want to do what you did last year with 1 thread for the 2 weeks).

the Whelen Euro Series race should be pretty interesting with it being their first permanent oval race at Venray (Tours I would say is a hybrid oval considering it is also a parking lot) . Will be live streamed on FansChoice as well :)

There is some big races running in the Charlotte area this weekend as well at various tracks, some of those have NASCAR & World of Outlaws drivers entered currently. Some of them will have some live streams or tape delayed television coverage as well. Put some info on those below in this spoiler.
Spoiler:
GoPro Motorplex is running their Valvoline Little 600 go-kart race tomorrow night, they will have 3 races including one for NASCAR drivers and spotters. The race will be free admission at the track (only $10 parking fee) and will be live streamed for free on Speed 51 as well. So far that are planning to run in that race:

NASCAR drivers race - Kyle Larson, Kasey Kahne, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Chase Elliott, Brian Scott, Justin Allgaier, Michael McDowell, Blake Koch, Ryan Truex, Cole Custer, Brennan Poole, Todd Bodine (so far anyways, some might not able able to run as well.)

Spotters race - TJ Majors (No.88), Brett Griffin (No.15), Eddie D'Hondt (No.24), Kevin Hamlin (No.5), Tab Boyd (No.22), Tim Fedewa (No.4), Brandon Benesch (No.10), Lorin Ranier (No.1), Derek Kneeland (No.42), Tony Raines (No.9), Roman Pemberton (No.55), Freddie Kraft (No.6), Mike Herman, Jr. (No.17), Rocky Ryan (No.51), David Keith (No.38), Doug Campbell, (No.7), Chris Monez (No.9), Billy O'dea (No.3), Tyler Green (No.43) and Jason Reiner (No.25).

Millbridge Speedway and National Speed Sport News is running their 2nd annual QRC SPEED SPORT Challenge presented by JGRMX race for Outlaw Karts, last time the track posted a pre-entry list there was around 75 entries at the time and it continues to grow as well. The race will run on Wednesday night along with qualifying being the night before. The race will be PPV streamed on SPEEDSPORT.tv and will be shown on MavTV later this year. So far on notable entries include Kyle Larson, Joey Saldana, JJ Yeley, Rico Abreu, Paul McMahan, Kenny Wallace, Chad Boat, 2014 race winner Mike Wheeler, Tanner Thorson and more.

2 tracks are racing on Friday night, those being Charlotte Motor Speedway's dirt track with the World of Outlaws and Concord Speedway with the PASS South Super Late Models, KOMA Unwind Modified Madness Series, PASS South Pro Late Models & Street Stocks. The PASS/KOMA Modified doubleheader at Concord will be the first race on their half mile in 2 or 3 years, the last also being PASS Super Late Models and I think a regional drifting club. They also have a CARS Tour race later this year in August (planning on going to that for sure)

Chad Boat really should gtfoutta NASCAR. 14 starts last year no top 20 finishes, 5 DNF wrecks, and has crashed out of both starts this year. Just another rich kid with money filling the field...and you wonder why Cup guys are winning every week?

Better a rich kid being somewhat entertaining then a Cup reg winning all the time in a boring fashion.

Unsurprisingly. The cars are too easy to drive, too easy to save so nothing much happens.
