We're overdue for a really good Fall weekend. Have a feeling we may be in for some good stuff.

Both races will end under yellow on a GWC after wrecks break out right after the leaders cross the overtime line.

So, the Truck race is an elimination race as well, correct? If so, I see Nemecheck wrecking 3/4 the field to try to advance.

Nemechek will wreck the field for a win even if he was safe.

And if he uses the magic phrase "do whatcha gotta do" then all is somehow absolved.

I miss having the ARCA race in the fall. If anything, it was at least intriguing to have the following year's Cup/Busch/Truck rookie crop slumming it out with the ARCA boys in an experience-gaining one-off.
(Montoya in 2006 being the most prominent example I can think of)

By slamming it do you mean 95% of the race being run in the bottom groove as follow the leader and 15 cars back an outside line keeps trying to form but is unsuccessful and most cautions are right front blow outs and the one derp wreck?

ARCA can have some really good racing, but they ALWAYS ruin the finish with a wreck it seems.

Arca was really good this year. Not many single lane running, or any overpowered car that made everyone to just follow him in single file.

Or running out of sunlight.

Cole Whitt and the #98 team have withdrawn from the race. Leaving (probably) Reed Sorenson to be the lone DNQ.

I watched about 6-7 laps of practice and Kez still looks untouchable. Unless he wrecks or blows up, it seems like he's the gold standard again.

This current RP package really rewards one car it seems, either the 48, 88, or 2 seem to always be unbeatable...pretty fuckin boring when you think about it...

Maybe the 2 and 22 will bump each other horribly wrong setting off that occasional multi car accident?

Wouldn't it make more sense for Premium Motorsports to withdraw the #55 instead?

yea I don't get that logic at all. Whitt was gonna get a top 10 in May had he not wrecked on the last lap.

Korbin Forrister in the Richie Wauters' #5 was fastest in final truck practice. I can't say I expected that.

I've just opened the stream for Cup practice and first thing they've said was... "Start/finish line isn't on trioval" :slaphead:

Lap times in plate racing practice mean absolutely nothing

Here, let Jerry Punch explain it at 1:50.

chase elliot will cause a wreck. his only chance to advance is to win, and desperation breeds chaos
