Funny that I actually find that believable, considering every horrible idea he comes up with (although, granted, some of them were made up by the Driver's Council...)

To my knowledge, NASCAR still hasn't publicly announced the new spec motor for the truck series?

We're already putting them in the trucks for next season. Seems odd they haven't mentioned it.

Even though SoBo and Bristol isn't a bad drive, pretty sad there isn't a single race in the Carolinas (considering that most of the teams are based in the CLT area now). At least there is 1 more race in the Northeast / New England area next year (which deserves even more given the fact that the series was started there)

The drivers' council came up with that awful allstar format in 2016 and after the success of that they *puts Trump voice on* had great input into the hugely successful, everybody loved it, Playoffs, this year.

Looks like RPM is aligning with RCR, moving to one of their buildings and switching to Chevy.

I would be shocked if RCR switches makes. They have been with GM since they've started and Richard Childress was the driver.

I think McDowell is underrated. Not sure if a move to FRM is a step up, given how well he ran in the 95 car. Do Leavine have a new driver or are they disappearing?
