Not since 2005 it hasn't been.
I'm sure the race is pretty good in person, just the terrible TV direction makes it look shit on TV.

except for the occassional big wreck, ive always remembered dover for having long, boring green flag runs. its not the car, just the nature of the track. i love dover, its not just another template track, but it can be boring at times
