It's the instantaneousness of social media that I'm referring to as being dangerous. Just like any sort of news outlet everyone is trying to out do eachother and break the story first, completely understandable. Now with Twitter and Facebook, false information like this spreads like wildfire instantly. MRN should know better than to put it out that he had passed without any sort of concrete evidence.
