Challenge met and exceeded.

That was, what, 4-5 cars who turned dead-right into the wall in that last crash?

Final Daytona 500 practice was rained out. They are going to try to get Xfinity qualifying in.

There were some underdogs who ended up with good runs in the ARCA race last night. Thomas Annunziata finished 2nd in his first ARCA race. Tim Richmond had his first career top 5 after starting on the front row in his own car. Alex Clubb finished 8th in his own car, that had much less power than the Ilmor engines.

>>NCTS managing director gives stern warning to field about professionalism and racing quality
>>record number of cautions and carnage due to a mixture of inexperience and unstable trucks, especially at corner exit

Sure helped the racing quality, buddy.

It's almost as though the drivers in the lesser series try to copy the techniques of the Cup drivers at Daytona, but without experience or the quality of vehicle to do it.

In the last lap of the ARCA race they were trying to side draft and all that carry on. How about just trying to successfully drive the car straight first?

Should be green flag. Xfinity starts at 11.

I think it's either green flag or engines fired.

Most likely engines fired... Maybe. Probably just when their broadcast pre-race comes on. It's not a typical delay since they got nothing in at all.

I suspect green flag approx 4:35.
