Hulkenberg has been given a 3 place grid penalty for Suzuka & 2 points added to his license for the accident with Massa.

But by Massa's logic, the incident with Hulkenberg was Massa's fault. I'm citing precedent from Hockenheim 2014 when Massa chopped Magnussen going into T1 on lap whereby he blamed the Dane.

And that's now three Ferrari wins from the last three track invasions.

So none of the track invaders during the race has been a local?

2000 Germany - French
2003 Britain - Irish
2015 Singapore - British

Jimmy Jump was a local, though that was on the warm-up lap so you're right.

A spectator walks onto a live race track, yet is still less of a hazard than Pastor Maldonado.

That explains Vettel's reaction during the race, he must have seen him standing in the middle of the track.

That's a pleonasm.

I would understand if it was a Shell flag or something similar but this is just the FIA being a big baby again, in my opinion.
