Manor signed Bob Bell on Monday.

http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/119262

And Fabio Leimer on Tuesday.

http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/119293

Which may shortly mean a bet will have to be fulfilled;

Local employees at Francorchamps circuit are threatening with strikes, Spa 24h and F1 Grand Prix might be in danger.

(But won't be really.)

Looks like there won't be a return to refuelling due to opposition from the teams.

Common sense prevails (I hope I'm not forced to eat those words)

Hopefully it's not a "ok we ditch this but you have to accept that" where "that" is even more ridiculous.

It also seems there not going to move to larger tyres which pretty much guarantee's Pirelli the next tyre tender given how Michelin were so adamant about moving to 18" rims.

I know they kinda split opinion but I quite liked the look of the larger rims & was hoping to see more running done to get more data on possible performance benefits ( I read the other day that the WSBR saw a 1 second gain during testing on 18" rims).

I understand the discussion, but for me, this big rims just don't belong in F1. I have gotten used to them on prototypes like the WEC but F1 has always used small rims and should continue to do so. It's part of its look

Looks evolve or change with times though, right? WEC cars and wheels didn't always look like they do today.

The controversial F1 Strategy Group is set to be the focus of a formal complaint to European Union regulators by some of F1′s smaller teams, with the process likely to be launched within a month.

Really? Is that the ONLY thing in F1 that the EU regulators are focusing themselves on...?! How about the CVC agreement, or the inequitable distribution of revenues which bears no relation to performance or result, or Bernie's acquisition of F1...

well, it's the EU... They debated and investigated for 6 years whether or not plastic bags must be sold for a surcharge.

Wasn't it the EU that started this whole mess, by insisting that the commercial rights be separated from the FIA?
