I know YouTube comment threads are the toilet of the internet, but why to people pretend to know things about F1? Last year it was people refusing to believe an F1 car was an F1 car because the paint didn't look right, and now some guy is telling me that F1 has regulations that restrict passing on certain corners. He doesn't know which ones, but he races himself, and definitely remembers reading about it...

The Barcelona 1994 tyre chicane is the only occasion I know for sure. I vaguely remember something about Monaco having a no-overtaking policy on lap 1 into Ste Devote, but I can't say for sure. Monza in 2001 was due to have yellow flag zones into the first two chicanes on the opening lap, but we all know what happened then.

PS, can you post the link to the video where these comments are please? I could do with a laugh right now.
