I believe 1993 had wet Thursday but dry Saturday. No full wet session since they reverted to single qualifying.

no pole ever for this race has been set in the wet, that's what I was going off

Seems a lot of people think these shunts are cold tyre related. if you look carefully at the right rear wheel before he hits the Tek Pro barrier its cambered at 45 degrees and it never actually hit anything

According to sky Ferrari are saying there was no problem with Massa's car. Cold tyres & Cold brakes caused the lock-up.

full wet Q, probably not since the 70's nope, earlier than that make that never (certainly since the 1950 race anyway)
