Yeah, once things are decided all the teams could park, so as to not incur any more costs!

Imagine Caterham, HRT or Marussia telling their drivers to park so they don't accidentally score a point!

Oh Marussia is $49m in the shit, another $5k won't harm them. Their original aim was to get a podium in Sochi, now it's simply to make the race. Oo-er, Daddy Chilton's money can't come soon enough.

That would be an epic protest. Been too long for a proper protest in F1. At least in Cycling they know how to protest. I recall the riders refusing to go fast to protest the midnight doping-tests.
However, in their case there where reasons to test them

Some more pictures from COTA

The stars and stripes run-off is actually pretty cool.

Looks better with the stars. They break up the fact it's just more fucking painted stripes.

Yeah, awesome stars and pentagrams.

Too bad they're not leaving them as they are.

I'm beginning to think that Perez is very overrated. Anyone else?

He's had a few bad races, just needs to calm down a bit. The speed is there.

Exactly. It has been said many times that it's much easier to make a fast driver reliable rather than making a reliable driver to be faster.

Perez got talent, no doubt. He's young and he's a long term investment for McLaren.

Good point indeed. Will be very interesting to see what he can do in a (hopefully) good car!

Seems to me he's been overdriving since he got confirmed at McLaren. Like he feels he has to live up to a reputation. I think he's a good driver, but he needs to calm down and go back to way he's been driving for the rest of the season.

Today, he was very quick. He just made a mistake. That's all. I think he is really good, but his problem is he have to replace Hamilton. That isn't easy. It's not enough to match Button's pace.

Never thought he was a driver of the league Alonso, Hamilton, Vettel. He is good, but that's about it.

Mike Gascoyne tweeted this

Quote:
Just arrived in Paris for huge Caterham announcement tomorrow morning.

Let's hope Charles Pic will be announced as 2013 driver :)

Probably about to announce their team name for the 2013 season.

My understanding is it's Caterham and Renault announcing something with a sportscar project
