how can anyone give this shit anything higher than a 6? winner never in doubt, plus it's the most boring derp of all time. it was decent but nothing to write home about, definitely nowhere close to China.

:?

Maybe because there was a great amount of awsome battles to be definately be worth more then 6 points.... I for myself dont watch F1 races just to see who will win it.

I hated DRS as a concept & watching it in action over the 1st few races has just made me hate it more.

Like I said a few weeks back I still don't see the point of KERS, Don't think it really add's anything & seems to cause more problems than anything.

Unlike others Im also not 100% sold on the tyres, in certain situations anyway.

I think that in some situations when you have a car on fresh tyres up against one on older one's they can make the passing a little bit predictable. Like Hamilton on Button late in the race today & Hamilton on Vettel at Shanghai, When your on older tyres you don't really have anything to defend your place with so we don't really get good racing between them.

Dear Ellis.

They do however use Fizzy rose water in Bahrain, Turkey and Abu Dhabi as "A sign of respect for those who may not drink due to the majority religion in the country"

Give it 10 years, and the Politically Correct group may get it used at the British GP too!

Lots of love back at ya

Tyres I disagree with because the driver has control over them. Look at how poorly Lewis treated the tyres and how early he had to stop. Meanwhile Jenson did a stop less and almost equalled Lewis through better tyre management.

DRS requires no driver input, so can easily be seen as fake. Tyres are 100% driver input. If the tyres have gone off earlier than others, passing might be easy, but it's your own fault. Tyres also will give you the grip out of corners and get the run, but it won't give you 10mph straight line speed to blow past in a straight line.

Tyres I am 100% sold on.

7. Just because of the stupid DRS-zone at this track. It just sucks. Furthermore, great racing :)

Tyres - Yes
KERS - Yes, but in a different format. Perhaps 20 boosts a race
DRS - Could do without. KERS & Tyres are enough to make it tense. DRS makes it a tad too easy. Could have done with DRS in 2010, but with KERS & tyres, it feels unnecessary

sorry for having an opinion, I promise I won't do it again.

No, for real, I liked China a lot. I didn't like Turkey. I don't know why. I have nothing against Vettel for winning (although I'd love to see him retire the next 3 races to spice up the championship), but this race was boring with some DRS passes, so I gave it a 6

I wonder why few words were said about China when passing was actually a gimmick down the long straight, where half the drivers even never attempted to block whilst in this race everyone started really aggressively defending, most failed though like in China, but tempers were flying around, and passings became entertaining battles with risks. And people started saying hey, they overtook other without efforts. Not the case. Not the case. Oh by the way, now I am really looking forward to Barcelona, wondering how this new rule will translate the race on that track into something different.

I don't like the DRS, Thats the only thing I can't stand in F1 2011.

With the tyres its more that I dislike the effect they have in certain situations. When you have cars on equal tyres you can see some good racing (Outside of DRS zone), Its when you get cars on the tyres at different stages of wear I start to dislike the effect tyres can have.

One example from today with Button/Hamilton.

Early in the race on tyres which were about equal we saw a good race between them, Yet late in the race on tyres at different stages of wear we saw Hamilton catch & almost immediately pass with no race between them at all.

Of the 2 I prefered the good racing we saw between them the 1st time, When Lewis passed him later in the race there was nothing to get excited over.

China was way better. But to say this race was dull is a bit harsh in my Opinion

I'm giving it an 8. Last years was fun for different reasons - it was tense for 40 laps, top guys running so close then boom. This year it was equally fun.

It'll be interesting to see what the race in Barcelona is like. We've had one race on a street circuit, then three on Tilke tracks. I wonder if we'll get equally good races on the narrower, traditional European circuits.

no one shone specifically in my eyes. Just Vettel putting in his standard performance, so I'm giving it to him!
